1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the s6six platform — including the website at s6six.ws, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all related services including cricket betting, live casino, slots, and account management — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the s6six platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all s6six services including but not limited to: cricket sportsbook, live casino tables, slots and crash games, VIP loyalty programme, deposit and withdrawal transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, and all promotional and bonus offers.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Any player found to be under 21 at the time of registration will have their account suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any outstanding balance retained in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

2.4 One Account Policy

Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited. s6six employs automated and manual detection methods to identify multiple accounts linked to the same individual, device, IP address, or payment method. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• Any bonuses received across duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Winnings generated using bonus funds in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• The original account may also be suspended pending investigation.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

s6six may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any stage. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s6six login credentials, including your username and password. s6six will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify s6six immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. s6six cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, including losses arising from sharing your credentials with third parties.

s6six reserves the right to lock an account and require re-verification if unusual login activity, location changes, or payment anomalies are detected. This is a protective measure and does not constitute a suspension of your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

s6six accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options may be introduced at s6six's discretion and will be listed in the cashier section of your account upon availability.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited to s6six must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and may trigger account suspension and return of funds.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with the s6six support team. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have passed identity verification (KYC) and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been fully met.

s6six aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours on business days. Withdrawal requests submitted during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or other public holidays in Bangladesh may experience extended processing times. s6six will notify you by the contact details on your account if any delay is anticipated.

s6six reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers to require further verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

s6six is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activity. s6six reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to any account, to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities where required, and to delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending investigation. Attempting to use s6six services to launder funds is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure and referral to appropriate authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by s6six are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is made available. These Terms provide the overarching framework; individual promotion terms may add additional requirements that take precedence for that specific offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement for deposit bonuses at s6six is 20x the bonus amount in qualifying bets.

Tier-specific benefits including cashback rates, dedicated support access, and withdrawal priority are governed by the VIP Programme terms, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. s6six reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, point earning rates, and tier benefits with reasonable prior notice.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the s6six sportsbook are subject to acceptance by s6six. A bet is only confirmed when s6six issues a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that have not received confirmation due to technical issues, network errors, or system timeouts are not valid and will not be settled.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds offered on the s6six cricket sportsbook and other markets are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Accepted bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance. In-play markets may be suspended or removed at s6six's discretion, particularly in the event of match interruption, adverse weather, or officiating decisions that materially affect the market.

6.3 Void Bets

s6six reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, offered at incorrect odds due to a manifest technical fault, or placed on a market that should not have been available at the time of acceptance. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to your BDT account balance. s6six will not honour bets placed at odds that are demonstrably erroneous regardless of the outcome of the underlying event.

6.4 Cricket-Specific Rules

For all cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral series involving Bangladesh — the following rules apply unless stated otherwise in specific market terms:

• Match winner markets require the match to be completed for settlement. In the event of abandonment or no result, bets are void and stakes returned.
• In-play markets are settled on the official result as declared by the match referee.
• D/L method results are treated as official results for settlement purposes.
• Bets placed after the official start time of a match may be refused or voided at s6six's discretion.

7 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games and slots available on s6six are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by the rules set by its respective provider and displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules apply for game-specific matters; these Terms apply for account, payment, and conduct matters.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s6six platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access markets, or circumvent platform rules.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally between you and s6six shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts relevant to the platform's operating jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
